Welcome to the Shiroanne Fukanato Library Terms of Use.

Important: This is the only official Shiroanne Fukanato site. The "https://notloidp-utau.blogspot.com/" site is obsolete.

Shiroanne Fukanato is originally governed by Argentine law, the country where the entire team behind the voice originates.

By downloading Shiroanne Fukanato, you automatically agree to these terms.

The Shiroanne Fukanato team and NotLoid-P are not responsible for what users do with Shiroanne Fukanato's character or voice.

Shiroanne Fukanato is a free product, you can donate to the project, but that remains UP TO YOU, and your donations will be used strictly to improve the development of Shiroanne Fukanato, or in cases where the people behind the project have medical emergencies that require money.

ACCREDITATION

When using Shiroanne Fukanato's libraries, the following text must be included in the post description:

Vocal: Shiroanne Fukanato (UTAU)

and in the case of fan art or the character:

Character: Shiroanne Fukanato (UTAU)

COMMERCIAL USE

Any commercial use must take into account the following sections:

- Items sold must comply with copyright laws

- Items sold must comply with the rest of Shiroanne Fukanato's terms of use

And any commercial use in the following cases is PROHIBITED

- Commercial use in advertisements, or any multimedia related to casinos, cryptocurrencies, or scams.

- Commercial use in illegal sales, such as narcotics or underground services.

- Sale of digital libraries.

The use of Shiroanne Fukanato's voice and character libraries is free to be used commercially without a license ONLY in the following cases:

- Marketing of albums, music, and small-scale concerts (such as concerts held at conventions with a paid entrance fee)

- Marketing of character models.

- Small-scale merchandising (such as keychains, pins, and t-shirts made with artwork owned by the seller and sold through conventions/craft stores and handmade items, and not mass-produced)

- Commissioned, non-mass-produced cosplays, drawings, models, figures, and other items

- Creation of indie visual novels

- YouTube videos

While in the following cases, a license IS required:

- Large-scale, mass-produced marketing of anything

- Sale of products with official artwork

- Sale of physical copies from voice libraries

- Large-scale concert ticket sales

- Large-scale audiobook sales (The exception is educational materials)

Licensing

Licenses typically do not exceed $800 or its conversion to Argentine pesos, or in some cases, an agreement is made to split the profits. - Non-mass sales of products with official artwork: $5-10

- Mass sales of products with official artwork: profit split

- Physical copies sold from audio libraries: profit split

- Large-scale audiobook sales: $50-$200 licensing fee

- Large-scale concert tickets: profit split

R-18 CONTENT

Explicit sexual content of the character is permitted, and for the voice, permission from NotLoid-p is required. BUT there are a couple of exceptions, as follows:

- Illegal content.

- Shotacon/Lolicon/Variants thereof.

- Extreme fetish content.

- Eroguro.

Whenever you create sexual content with the  character of Shiroanne Fukanato, you must leave the following text:

"The character or voice of Shiroanne Fukanato has been used for this content: the Shiroanne Fukanato team has nothing to do with the content here, and are neutral on these issues. They are not responsible for anything done by users outside the team, which is the case here."

VIOLENT CONTENT

Violent and graphically violent content from the libraries and characters are allowed, excluding the following:

- Glorification of crimes

- Glorification of criminals

- Incitement to violence

- Eroguro

Whenever you create violent content with the voice or character of Shiroanne Fukanato, you must leave the following text:

"The character/voice of Shiroanne Fukanato has been used for this content: the Shiroanne Fukanato team has nothing to do with the content here, and are We are neutral on these issues and are not responsible for anything done by users outside the team, which is the case here.

RELIGIOUS CONTENT

Religious content in the voice and character is permitted, but there are a couple of exceptions. 

- Content that hates religions

- Sectarian content

Whenever you create religious content with the voice or character of Shiroanne Fukanato, you must leave the following text:

"The character/voice of Shiroanne Fukanato has been used for this content: the Shiroanne Fukanato team has nothing to do with the content here, and they are neutral on these issues. They are not responsible for anything done by users outside the team, which is the case here."

POLITICAL CONTENT

Political content is ONLY allowed for protest music or narrating political events for artistic purposes. An example of this is the songs of Calle 13.

Whenever you create political content with the voice or character of Shiroanne Fukanato, you must leave the following text:

"The character/voice of Shiroanne Fukanato has been used for this content: the Shiroanne Fukanato team has nothing to do with the content here, and they are neutral on these issues. Themes, we are not responsible for anything done by users outside the team, which is the case here.

OTO INI, WAVS, AND RENDERED FILES

The rendered files are not the responsibility of the Shiroanne Fukanato team and are left to the users. OTO INI can be redistributed, but not her WAVs

FANLOIDS, PITCHLOIDS

To create a Fanloid you must ask for permission, and these fanloids must be derived from Shiroanne herself (example: an agebend or genderbend), if they are completely original characters, permission will not be granted.

Pitchloids are prohibited, any derivate needs to have a configuration for UTAU/OpenUTAU.

AI AND RVC

- Creating RVC models of Shiroanne Fukanato is prohibited.

- Using Shiroanne Fukanato's recordings to create a new voice bank via RVC is permitted, but requires permission.

- Creating "art" of Shiroanne Fukanato with AI is prohibited.

- Entering AI with Shiroanne Fukanato's recordings, renders, or illustrations is prohibited.

Unofficial ports to other synthesizers are the user's responsibility.
